Dr. Patricia Thomas is a true service member dedicated to fulfilling the organization’s mission. She has served faithfully since her induction, serving in a variety of positions, from FIL coordinator to President.  Her depth within the organization  she has not only help to mentor the youth but also provide valuable leadership to the organization. 

Dr. Thomas continues to “give back” in countless ways. She brings forth her energy to the chapter along with her commitment, which is unmatched by many.  Her dedication and works encompass the core values of an Iota Phi  Lambda Soror!

Soror Andrea Rogers Mosely is the center director of the Small Business and Development Center at Alabama State University.  She is active in the community serving Iota’s mission as well as being active in the community.  She currently serves as an advisory council member of the Lowndes County Area Chamber of Commerce and as an appointed commissioner with the Montgomery Housing Authority.  She has also served as a Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce board member and Roundtable facilitator for the Women in Business Conversations. 

Soror Rogers Mosley plays a pivotal role in connecting entrepreneurs to the resources they need in the capitol region and beyond. Her good works and deeds led to her being honored as the 2021 State Star by The National Association of Small Business Development Centers.  An exemplary woman showing exemplary performance and she is one of our own!
